Our "Community First" program

 

As our kids get older and we become more involved in our community with different groups and organizations we have noticed a common need, additional funding is needed to sustain these programs. Whether it is Scouts, youth athletics, city parks, schools, public safety, etc. they are all looking for additional sources of revenue. That is why our company, Twin Cities Real Estate Group, Inc., has started an initiative called “Community First” where we work with different organizations to provide their members, family and friends full service real estate and mortgage services with an eye towards the community.

 

If an organization member or their referral works with us to close a home mortgage (purchase or refinance) we will donate to your organization $250 to be used for whatever you deem necessary. We also can help with the purchase or sale of real estate for your members and will donate .5% of the sale or purchase price to your organization (example- a purchase of $300,000 and we will donate $1,500 to your organization on their behalf). Mortgage rates are at or near historical levels so the time to purchase or refinance to a low fixed rate couldn’t be better.

 

Our company is owned by Andrew and Anthony Marceau, brothers that are both very active in their communities. Andrew and Anthony believe that this new initiative “Community First” is a great way to help their neighbors.
